I am not actually a cat. I am a Curriki staffer, curriculum developer, instructional designer, avid home chef, reader of food journalism, concerned citizen, web producer and editor, caring aunt, and writer (among other things). I am also a former student who often used food in assignments, including: in 11th grade, a crepe-making demo in French; in 6th grade, a story about the life of a plum being eaten and digested as part of a study of Leonardo da Vinci's anatomical theories; in 5th grade, a research paper about the history of wine-making; in 3rd grade, a report on the foodways of Native Americans, including creation of a stew for classmates.
My name is Janice, who is 17 from China. i am studying in a Canadian high school, i am very interested in social studies and science, so when i find this featured group, i tell myself this is the one i want to join. MY Email: janice90@sina.com
