Reviewer Comments:
This resource is a well-developed lesson that focuses on the challenging economic concept of demand shifters. Students access information from econedlink and answer a series of questions that help them understand factors around demand and consumer spending. The lesson integrates real life examples such as soda, skateboards, and textbooks to make the concepts more relevant for the students. The lesson includes objectives, detailed procedures, links to the materials, and an assessment. While this lesson was originally identified as middle school curriculum, it could definitely be used in a high school economics course.
