Advisory Board

Hilda Sugarman serves on the Fullerton (CA) School District Board of Education where she spearheaded both an International Baccalaureate Middle Year Program and a laptop program where every child in two schools has a laptop 24 hours a day/7 days per week. Ms. Sugarman also serves as the School Board Member of Project Inkwell.

Ms. Sugarman has been the leader in founding several child-centered organizations which include a Gifted and Talented Education parents group; the Fullerton School District Foundation; Fullerton Interfaith Christmas Clearing Bureau; All the Arts for All the Kids; and the Fullerton Excellence in Education Foundation. Within the community she has been recognized for her work with ORT International, the Boy Scouts, St. Jude Hospital, Assistance League of Fullerton, Golden Hill Little League, the Orange County Department of Human Relations and PTA.

A San Francisco native, Ms. Sugarman University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco State, where she received her degree in education.
